Vernon Fork of the Muscatatuck River is one of the 3 best trip in Indiana during wet weather. It runs through the historic section of Vernon and Muscatatuck Park featuring class II rapids, the old Mill portal man made cave , the Crosley State Fish and Wildlife Area, limestone cliffs, and waterfalls. This route is a staff favorite. This trip is only offered when the water levels are high enough, but not too high, and flows are sufficient. This trip is typically only offered April through July.
