Please click the date of your trip on the calendar below, complete the online reservation form and click the submit button to submit your trip request. At any point, feel free to call (812) 340- 0700 for more information. A confirmation of your requested trip date will be through text to you with instructions for trip payment (cash, Venmo, card, or PayPal.)

All river trips must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to reserve your place holding. We reserve the right to modify your trip request in consideration of local conditions.

Reservations and Cancellation Policy

Reservations are required. Without a 50% deposit, you do not have a reservation.

Pathfinder Outfitters cancels trips and (offering a full refund or reschedule) due to the following weather conditions:
1.) rain in excess of 1″ per hour
2.) lightning within 30 miles
3.) sustained wind of 15 mph or more

Pathfinder Outfitters does not cancel for light rain, spotty rain, a chance of rain, or unseasonably cool or hot weather. If the customer cancels for these conditions, the trip cost will not be refunded. Typically Pathfinder Outfitters does not process your payment until 36 hours prior to your scheduled trip to ensure the weather will be suitable.
