Reservations and Cancellation Policy
Reservations are required. Without a 50% deposit, you do not have a reservation. Any cancellation made less than 72 hours prior to trip departure results in the loss of your reservation deposit.
Pathfinder Outfitters cancels trips and (offering a full refund or recheduling) due to the following weather conditions:
1.) rain in excess of 1″ per hour
2.) lightning within 40 miles
3.) sustained wind of 15 mph or more
Pathfinder Outfitters does not cancel for light rain, spotty rain, a chance of rain, or unseasonably cool or hot weather. If the customer cancels for these conditions, the reservation deposit will be forfeited.
